Dark black cherry with ruby on the rim with beautiful spices like pepper, thyme and coriander with strong black currant and touches of liquorish, violet, tobacco and roasted coffee on the nose. Silky tannins evolving on blackberry, black cherry and grenadine, lingering on very ripe tannins with touches of spices and cigar.

"Bone dry and closed in tannins, this Cab requires time to come into its own. The argument in favor of ageability is balance. It has the supple, promising feel of a young wine that will blossom in the cellar, with a rich core of black currant, mineral and cedar flavors.
