What a great representation of a Pinot Noir! Opened it, let it sit about 30 minutes, and it was perfect. Bright cherry flavor, clean and light with no bitterness. I bet this is better tomorrow after opening, I would serve this to anyone. Pork tenderloin would be my suggestion.

This wine needs to breathe for a minimum of 30 minutes and it will be worth your wait! (I always suggest you try a very small amount after opening - with an aeration device if possible - to get the initial aroma and flavour). When the 30 minutes are up..you will truly understand why all wines are living, breathing and everchanging. This Pinot opens up elegantly...I do suggest you finish the bottle the same night...the taste suffers after 24 hours. Just my opinion of course!
