Exploring the world of fine wines can be a rewarding and educational adventure in your home. We strive to find the best wine values in the world, featuring many lesser-known and unique wines unavailable elsewhere. While you may find some styles are not to your personal taste, we guarantee that every bottle is of the highest quality and has been stored in the proper conditions (learn more about storing wine).
Unfortunately, wine is naturally fragile and there is always a chance that a bottle has spoiled, we find this happens far less often with new closures compared to traditional corks (learn more about corks and closures) if you find that one of your wines has gone bad within 6 months of your order, please let us know and we will promptly ship a replacement bottle or issue a refund, your choice. If you should decide you don’t like a wine you’ve selected, please let us know and we’ll help you return any unopened bottles and find a selection better suited to your personal taste.

Are your wines guaranteed? What if I order a wine and don't like it?
All of our wines are carefully selected for quality and price. We will provide a prompt replacement or refund for any wines that arrive damaged or defective. If you are not completely satisfied with any wine we will refund your payment for any unopened bottles within six months of purchase. If you do not like the wine, you will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with your return.
Michigan customers - Due to state regulations, we are prohibited from accepting any returns on wine.
