We ship wines to the following states:
AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, *FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, SC, **TN, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY. Except as noted below, we accept orders under our winery license and ship directly to the consumer via our NY or CA warehouse locations using common carriers UPS or FedEx. Individual state compliance is maintained on an SKU level, not all wines are available in all states. We observe a six-bottle order minimum, with few exceptions.
In MA, CT, NJ and AZ customer order interests are forwarded to licensed retailers for consummation.

The premise of our business is that we scour the globe for great wine deals. Often our wines are private labeled and cannot be found elsewhere. We will be happy to place special orders for wines that we have in-stock.
There is a minimum quantity of six bottles of wine (or $50) per shipping address, but wines may be “mixed and matched” or customized to meet the requirement.
Your Customer ID # and Keycode are located on the back of your wine catalog or other promotional materials. These numbers are useful for speeding up the ordering process and for tracking purposes within our company.
Our knowledgeable wine advisors are available to take your order and answer your questions Mon.-Fri. 8:00a.m. - 5:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time). You can also leave a message on our voice mail system after hours.
Submit your order and then add the gift instructions to the comments field, specifying the occasion and what message you'd like to have included. We'll print your personal message on the delivery ticket. Or, simply place your order by calling us at [BrandPhone].
We also offer gift certificates. See our current Catalog or call to let know us the details, and we'll promptly send our handsome gift certificate with your personal message and our most recent catalog. There are no sales taxes or delivery charges on gift certificates.
Gift cards are available at no charge by phone to announce that a gift has been chosen for your gift recipient. Gift card are a great last minute option. They can be mailed ahead to coincide with a special date even when your item will not be delivered in time.
Due to the nature of the fine wine business and the high quality of our wine selections, there is indeed a finite amount of each wine produced. We have done our best to procure enough wine to cover the demand in all of our states. With your approval, if your wine selection is sold out, we will substitute wines of similar type and price. Not all wines are available in all states.

Non-Wine Item Delivery
Most in-stock items (excluding wine) will be shipped directly from our warehouse within 2 business days. Please allow up to 7-10 days for UPS, Fedex, or courier to deliver. We do not ship outside the United States.
Wine is highly regulated by state laws. You must be 21 years of age or older to place an order, and to receive delivery of wine. An adult signature and proper ID are required when your delivery arrives. If you're not sure when you'll be home, we suggest arranging for delivery at a neighbor's house or at your place of business
Wine is highly regulated, and we adhere strictly to all federal, state and local regulations regarding the sale of wine. You must be 21 years of age or older to place a wine order and to receive delivery. We cannot process your order without an approved form of identification.

When your shipment arrives, you may be required to produce a legal ID to verify your age before the courier can deliver your wine.
Yes, your credit card transactions are secure. All online orders for wine are encrypted and sent to our own servers.
This may be because a certificate authority has actually expired, or because the date on your computer is wrong. This is most likely because the version of the Netscape Browser you are using is older than 4.06 or you are a Mac user with an IE browser version older than 4.5. This does not mean your transaction is insecure. However, we do recommend you upgrade your browser.
This issue effects only the user interface; Internet Explorer still communicates by using the secure connection. If you click the Certificate Path tab in the dialog box, you see a "This certificate is OK" message in the Certificate Status box.

All of our wines are carefully selected for quality and price. We will provide a prompt replacement or refund for any wines that arrive damaged or defective. If you are not completely satisfied with any wine we will refund your payment for any unopened bottles within six months of purchase. If you do not like the wine, you will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with your return.
Michigan customers - Due to state regulations, we are prohibited from accepting any returns on wine.
Return your wine in the same package that it arrived in. Please include the packing slip with information regarding the reason for your return. If your wine is defective, shipping charges will be covered by the company.
